Web Developer
The Fox Valley Internet team is looking for an enthusiastic and talented mid-level Web Developer to design,
develop and support web-based applications.
QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRED QUALITIES:
Good experience/knowledge of proper design and layout of web pages.
Strong knowledge and familiarity with HTML and CSS (and implications for cross- browser compatibility).
Strong knowledge and familiarity with PHP.
Good working knowledge of ASP.NET.
Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Good understanding of web technologies and web security.
Working knowledge interacting with database backends (primarily MySQL and MS Access).
Experience with relational databases, including data modeling, writing SQL and query optimization.
Experience in developing secure online forms.
Experience supporting proprietary applications.

2nd Shift Technical Support
Acknowledge and respond to customer issues. These issues are primarily of a technical nature but will also include sales and billing questions. Our technicians must have the ability to analyze individual issues while at the same time have the ability to recognize patterns
In-depth knowledge of IP Networking
Provide real time responses to customer support inquiries
Interact with customers via electronic channels and telephone
Diagnose problem causes and provide solutions
Ensure continuous monitoring of customer issues until they are resolved
Contribute FAQs and articles to the knowledge base

1099 Installation Technician
Position will involve:
Installing and upgrading Internet antenna systems. Prefer experience with cat5 cable and connectors, Internet antennae connectors including weatherproofing
Climbing heights that may exceed 30 feet in most weather conditions
A mix of indoor and outdoor activity to install wireless Internet service for customers. Perform maintenance and provide technical support to those customers as assigned
