Maintenance Schedule Fox Valley Internet's maintenance window is Wednesday between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM Central Time. We will occasionally make use of this maintenance window to perform upgrades that improve our services. Depending upon the nature of the maintenance, some of our services may become unavailable during this time. This page will be updated prior to any scheduled maintenance. These updates will explain any impact the maintenance may have on our customers. During scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, you can receive information about the maintenance by calling 847-742-4623 and selecting the Support option. We do reserve the right to perform emergency maintenance at any time. In addition, maintenance may be performed outside the maintenance window but only in cases where it would not be reasonable to perform the maintenance within the window.
