Have a question?

Make sure you are connected to WiFi. If you are, try another device.
Check your antenna’s Power Over Ethernet device (POE) for a light. If there’s a light, unplug it for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the antenna to come back online.
Unplug your router for 15 seconds and plug it back in. Please allow up to 90 seconds for your router to finish its booting process.
