Job Description:
As a Tier 1 Tech Support Specialist at Fox Valley Internet, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance for our wireless equipment, email, and VoIP services.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to wireless antennas, routers, email, and VoIP services
- Offer step-by-step guidance to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of wireless equipment, email, and VoIP technologies is a plus
- Customer service experience is a plus
