Job Description:

As a Tier 1 Tech Support Specialist at Fox Valley Internet, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance for our wireless equipment, email, and VoIP services.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to wireless antennas, routers, email, and VoIP services
  • Offer step-by-step guidance to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of wireless equipment, email, and VoIP technologies is a plus
  • Customer service experience is a plus
